Open Position 

Operations Officer

This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for managing and staffing the operations area of a mid-size branch office.  Responsible for branch operations, customer service, problem resolution and information and account servicing.  May manage branch security and participate in sales/business development activities.  Will supervise fewer than 9 employees (FTE).

Experience
5 or more years experience as an Operations Specialist, Assistant Operations Officer or Operations Supervisor or equivalent in a financial institution desirable.
